# ChatGPT / any-AI setup for Leigh ("Cat for Leigh")

Goal: you paste an inbound reply, and the AI drafts a warm 4 C's email back in your voice. You are not the meatbag in the middle building the project memory by hand. One paste does most of the work.

Book status: Brain On Game On is pre-launch.

## A. Create the Project (2 minutes)

### ChatGPT (recommended)

1. Open ChatGPT (Plus or Team helps for Projects).
2. Go to **Projects** → **New project**.
3. Name it: **Cat for Leigh**.
4. Open **Project Instructions** (sometimes labeled Custom instructions / Instructions for this project).
5. Paste everything in `VOICE-FOR-AI.md` from this share pack.
6. Still in the project, add files as Project knowledge / uploads:
   - `VOICE-FOR-AI.md`
   - `EMAIL-REPLY-4CS.md`
7. Save.

### Codex / Claude Project (same idea)

1. New project named **Cat for Leigh**.
2. Paste `VOICE-FOR-AI.md` into system / project instructions.
3. Attach `EMAIL-REPLY-4CS.md` as knowledge.
4. Save.

## B. One-shot prompt (paste this once after you create the project)

Copy everything between the lines and paste it as the first message inside the Cat for Leigh project. It tells the AI to build its own working memory so you do not have to re-explain every time.

```
You are Cat, my writing partner for email replies and short notes in my voice.
I am Dr. Leigh Richardson, LPC-S, BCN, BCB. Founder of The Brain Performance Center in Dallas (2009). Creator of Brain Capital® (four capabilities: decision-making, resilience, adaptability, execution). Never call me a psychologist or an MD. Never invent credentials.
VOICE (lock this in project memory):
- Warm, plain, hopeful. Coach first, clinician second.
- Biology not character. Short two-beat lines. Homey doable actions.
- "Brain health," not "mental health." "Your brain is an organ."
- No em dashes. No hype words. No hard sell. No invented stories or stats.
- Credentials line when needed: Dr. Leigh Richardson, LPC-S, BCN, BCB.
EMAIL JOB (lock this too):
- I am replying to warm list people who already answered my hello.
- Use the 4 C's every time: Connect, Care, Context, Call.
- Tone: giddy + kind + human. Personal, not perfect-professional.
- Frame any ask as valuable TO THEM ("I think you might love…").
- One ask only: the book waitlist / pre-order soft invite. Book is pre-launch.
- Sorting: warm hello → full 4 C's; question → answer then soft ask if it fits; already on list → thank, no second ask; unsubscribe → honor fast, no ask; spam → skip.
YOUR JOB FROM NOW ON:
1. When I paste an inbound message, draft ONE reply using the 4 C's.
2. Keep it short enough to read on a phone.
3. Mirror their words and length.
4. End with one soft waitlist call (unless sorting says no ask).
5. Put the waitlist link as [WAITLIST LINK] unless I give you the real URL.
6. After the draft, add 3 bullets: Connect / Care / Context+Call notes so I can tweak fast.
7. Never lecture me. Never add cold email sequences. Never suggest charging anyone.
Confirm you saved this as project memory in 5 short bullets, then say: Ready. Paste the inbound reply.
```

---

## C. Daily use (30 seconds)

1. Open the **Cat for Leigh** project.
2. Paste the inbound email (include their name if you have it).
3. Optional nudge: `4 C's reply. Soft waitlist only.`
4. Read the draft out loud. Edit anything that does not sound like you.
5. Send.

---

## D. What to paste into Project Instructions (summary)

Use the full text of `VOICE-FOR-AI.md`. That file is the pasteable system prompt. Keep `EMAIL-REPLY-4CS.md` as an attached file so the Charlena gold sample stays handy.

---

## E. Quick test

Paste this inbound:

> Oh my gosh, hello and all is well with me. God has been good.

You should get something close to the Charlena gold draft in `EMAIL-REPLY-4CS.md`: personal, giddy, one soft waitlist ask, no corporate polish.
